Aside from the Xperia 1 IV and the Xperia 10 IV, Sony also released an entry-level smartphone called Xperia Ace 3.

The Xperia Ace 3 is the successor of the Ace 2 that got launched in Japan a year ago. It only measures 140 x 69 x 8.9 mm, making it one of the smallest Android smartphones on the market.

It is an IP6X rated dustproof and an IPX5/IPX8 water-resistant device. For the back panel, the handset offers black, white, brick orange, and blue colorways.

The device sports a 5.5-inch display with a waterdrop notch design. with an HD+ resolution of 1496 x 720 pixels and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. 

Under the hood, the Xperia Ace 3 runs on the Snapdragon 480, a 5G chipset that is twice as powerful as the MediaTek Helio P35 that powers the Xperia Ace 2.

In addition to this, the Xperia packs 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage that may be expanded via a microSD card. The device comes 4,500 mAh battery. 

For cameras, Sony equipped this with a 13MP camera with an LED flash and a 5M shooter for selfies.

Other features include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and a USB-C port. The phone runs on the Android 12 OS.

The Xperia Ace 3 is available for pre-order in Japan and is scheduled for release by mid-June. However, no details yet if Sony will release this in other countries as well.
