Pokémon TV offers free episodes to the anime

Decades later, Pokémon is still one of the most popular franchises in the world. The games have inspired multiple generations with hundreds of Pokémon over the years. Of course, outside of the games, the anime series and the connected movies have also created a lot of memories. However, with streaming the way it is, it’s hard to find an easy way to watch all of the Pokémon-related content in one place. Nintendo and The Pokémon Company are making it easier for Nintendo Switch users by launching the Pokémon TV app for the platform.

A relatively old app in itself, Pokémon TV gives users access to free episodes of the anime series. The app also provides some exclusive content related to the games such as tips and competitions. It will also have a Junior category tailoring content for younger viewers.

The free app is already available on the Nintendo Switch store. Besides the app, The Pokémon Company also has several new games out (or are coming out) this year. Earlier this year, the developers launched New Pokémon Snap. Later this year, Pokémon fans are getting remakes for Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Finally, next year, we’re getting the first truly open-world Pokémon game, Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
