JMGO launches O1 and O1 Pro ultra-short throw projectors

Besides the marvelous technology inside, another important feature that users desire from projectors is the ability to blend seamlessly into the background. It’s still a struggle because of how the entertainment device usually looks and sounds. JMGO wants to address that struggle with its recently launched JMGO O1 and JMGO O1 Pro ultra-short throw projector series.

First of all, the series boasts a minimalist industrial design meant to fit in any environment. Encased in a sleek silver chassis, the O1 and the O1 Pro can sit atop any surface or tabletop.

As the name suggests, the ultra-short throw projector series can project images from an incredibly short distance. The JMGO O1 can throw 60- to 100-inch 4K images from just 10 inches away from the screen. Meanwhile, the JMGO O1 Pro can project 70- to 110-inch images from just 9 inches away. The premium model was co-engineered with Leica, resulting in more crystal-clear images.

Additionally, both models in the series have image correction features, an anti-glare system, an automatic low blue light filter, and Alexa. Both come installed with JMGO’s 24/7 Companion Mode OS, which adds a dashboard and more apps for the devices. The O1 Pro also has two AI cameras and front gesture controls.

The O1 will start shipping in August for US$ 699. The O1 Pro will start shipping in September for US$ 859. Both are available through Indiegogo.
